ANGP 2023 Waiver & Emergency Contact Information

The following registration information MUST be completed and agreed to by a parent/guardian.  Please have your student read the waiver as it contains code of conduct and rules for attendance.  Students will be asked to review and agree when checking in to the event.
This waiver and the purchase of a ticket allows entrance into the Robinson ANGP.

    Parent/guardian contact information is required in case of an emergency.
    IN CONSIDERATION of the right to attend and participate in the Robinson Secondary School All Night Grad Party (ANGP), the parent/guardian of the above-identified student and the student hereby: Authorizes permission for the student to participate in the Robinson All Night Grad Party event. By consenting to have the above named student participate in this event, you are consenting to allow the student to participate in all activities available at this event. Acknowledges that there is an element of risk involved in any and all activities, and certifies that the participant is physically, mentally, and emotionally capable of attending and participating in the activities; assumes all risk of and financial responsibility for any loss or injury to the participant or others that may occur as a result if the participant’s negligence or misconduct; and indemnifies and holds Robinson All Night Graduation Party Committee, Fairfax County Public Schools, James W. Robinson Secondary School, and the Fairfax County Board of Supervisors harmless from and against any and all costs, claims, demands, charges, liabilities, obligations, judgments, executions, costs of suit, and actual attorney’s fees incurred or suffered by Robinson All Night Graduation Party Committee as a result of, or arising out of, the participant’s negligence or misconduct; and Authorizes Robinson ANGP to obtain or authorize any reasonable incidental and/or emergency medical treatment for the participant in the event the participant’s parent(s)/guardian(s) are not readily located and participant becomes ill, injured, or incapacitated; parent(s)/guardian(s) hereby accept the responsibility to pay for such treatment; and this Informed Consent and Acknowledgement of Risk may not be amended, supplemented or abrogated without the written consent of Robinson ANGP. The participant and the parent(s)/guardian(s) signing below on behalf of participant acknowledge that they have read this consent and understand its contents. A parent/guardian must agree in the form to the left. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferrable.  I understand that Robinson All Night Graduation Party is a drug, alcohol, and smoke – free environment. No one will be admitted if suspected of prior consumption of alcohol or drugs. Anyone found consuming during the party will deal with security and Fairfax Police. We will have breathalyzers available at check in and at security. Malicious damage will not be tolerated at Dave and Busters. Participation is voluntary and sometimes physical. Activities may include games, food, music and casino. Check in will be from 11PM until 12AM. No one will be allowed to enter after midnight. Check out will be from 4AM until 5AM. No one will be allowed to leave before 4AM. No purses or bags will be allowed into Dave and Busters. Only phones and keys will be allowed. An active and valid phone number must be on the ticket order form. This number may be used in the case of an emergency. It is very important that we be able to reach a parent or guardian during the event in case of an emergency.
